Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Track expenses and prepare invoices for clients
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Proactive problem-solving and communication abilities
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting internship preferred
