- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Generate monthly financial reports for clients

- Implement bookkeeping best practices for small businesses
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting/business or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
