- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Handle payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support audits by preparing financial statements and schedules
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with tax professionals during filing seasons
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years bookkeeping or internship experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
