Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate financial data using QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and organization of financial statements and reports.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the senior accounting team and prepare tax documentation as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial records comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when working with numbers and financial documents.
