Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial statements and month-end reports
- Manage vendor invoices and expense tracking systems
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Communicate financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- High school diploma or equivalent (accounting coursework a plus)
