Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online software
- Process payroll and prepare financial statements for clients
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Communicate financial insights to clients through clear reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
