Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions within deadlines
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Update client accounting software with new financial data
- Organize and maintain financial documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
