- Process accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support audits and tax preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
