Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Track inventory and manage vendor relationships
- Generate financial statements and operational reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
