Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries at the teller line
- Uphold strict security protocols and cash handling procedures
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily balancing
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior banking experience required – we train!
