Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve daily operational and sales goals
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
- Zero prior banking experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
- Strong aptitude for basic math and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
