Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person transactions, account inquiries, and problem resolution
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop services
- Participate in branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No banking experience necessary – training provided!
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch travel)
