Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Enter invoice data into our ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) with high precision.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure compliance.
- Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies or vendor inquiries.
- Manage the accounts payable aging report and assist in reconciling accounts.
- Prepare and issue checks or electronic payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is helpful but we provide full training.
