Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within 30-day terms
- Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Support AP audits and compliance documentation requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Previous ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred)
