Responsibilities
- Process and accurately code vendor invoices in ERP systems
- Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for discrepancies
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Organize and maintain financial documentation
- Support AP team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/finance degree preferred
- No prior experience required – open to career changers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
