Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital records of all AP transactions
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries
- Support audits and compliance initiatives for financial controls
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
