Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 5 business days
- Execute bi-weekly check runs and ACH payments via SAP system
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for compliance audits
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for PO-based transactions
- Support month-end closing activities with journal entries
- Train on AP automation tools and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
