Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
- Resolve invoice discrepancies through vendor communication
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Support expense report processing and reimbursement
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
