Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment statuses and inquiries
- Support audits by organizing financial documentation and records
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel required
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
