Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor communication and resolve payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
