Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Manage payment cycles including check runs and electronic transfers
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments on invoice processing
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or financial internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
