Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Manage expense reports and reimbursement requests
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support senior AP staff with ad-hoc financial tasks
- Learn and apply accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
