- Assist with three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Support month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment schedules
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
