Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for small businesses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with CPAs during audit seasons
- Train junior bookkeepers on accounting software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Ohio Bookkeeper certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environment
