Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and coding compliance.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from receipt to payment.
- Maintain accurate vendor master files and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly statements and expense reports.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment schedules and inquiries.
- Assist the senior finance team with month-end closing activities and data analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
