- Process high-volume vendor invoices and 3-way matching
- Execute ACH and wire payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
