Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support audits by providing documentation and data
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience or internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SAP/Oracle a plus)
