Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor master data
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for transaction processing
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles preferred
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience
