- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and delivery receipts
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all payment documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Support audits by providing requested documentation and explanations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for data entry and record maintenance
Qualifications
