Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile purchase orders with delivery receipts
- Update and maintain vendor master data in ERP systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support expense report auditing and processing
- Generate AP reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- 0-2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
