Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with precision
- Manage vendor payment cycles and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to general ledger monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all payment documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
