- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and tracking
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure timely payments
- Support audits by providing documentation and transaction records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or finance internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
