Responsibilities
- Process and verify 50+ invoices weekly using SAP and Oracle systems
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and maintain accurate AP records
- Support month-end closing and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements for invoice processing efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 1-2 years of AP experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
