Your Mission
You will support the finance department in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. If you are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process and categorize invoices and expense reports using ERP systems.
- Support the external audit process by providing organized documentation and data analysis.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist in month-end close procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role (internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
