Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries and journal postings
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage vendor communications
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing and reporting
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare variance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial functions)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy skills
