- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain and organize digital financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports
- Support tax preparation documentation and filing
- Perform data entry and account analysis tasks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or relevant field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data sorting)
