Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules

- Collaborate with senior accountants on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
