As a Junior Accountant, you will work closely with our senior finance team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform accurate data entry into our financial management software.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and basic financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
