Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting.
- Perform basic auditing tasks to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
