Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile bank accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and process improvements
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports
- Support audit preparations by providing documentation and answering financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting with night shift or remote work experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
