As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring financial integrity and supporting our growth.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers.Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.Perform daily bank reconciliations and expense verification.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.Prepare basic financial statements and reports for management review.File and organize financial documents and invoices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to obtain relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) post-hire.
