Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Support the accounting team in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and manage basic accounting software queries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
