Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to ensure timely processing.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation, spreadsheets, and digital records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget tracking for management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus but not required.
