Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Help maintain organized filing systems and digital records for clients.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation under supervision.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience required – we value potential and teachability.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in number crunching.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
