Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate time tracking data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation.
- Organize and file financial documents and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to obtain a CPA or relevant certification within 2-3 years.
