Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to evaluate loan applications
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and recommend approval/denial decisions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Document credit files thoroughly and maintain regulatory compliance
- Present complex financial data clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills
- Experience with credit risk assessment frameworks and regulatory requirements
