Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile financial records
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Support audits and tax preparation activities
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
