Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support audits and compliance documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Willingness to pursue CPA certification
