- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with meticulous accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense report audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Learn and implement QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
