Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements
- Prepare financial reports under supervision
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records
- Support tax preparation and compliance tasks
- Learn and implement QuickBooks software
- Contribute to internal audit procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
